Painting and Fabric Shift Technician

We are looking for a Painting and Fabric Shift Technician who takes pride in the "perfect finish." This isn't just a maintenance role; it's about being the custodian of a premium environment. From ensuring fire safety systems are flawless to delivering high-end decorative refreshes, you will be the go-to expert for keeping our site safe, functional, and looking its absolute best.

If you are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced shift environment and a diverse range of hands-on challenges, we want to meet you.

Your Impact on Site

  • You'll own the interior integrity of the building, whether it's expert carpentry, repairing raised flooring, or swapping out ceiling tiles to keep the workspace seamless.
  • You'll lead on all decorative works, from drywall repairs and sealant application to high-quality painting refreshes that maintain our professional image.
  • You will take charge of critical fire safety inspections, managing the fire door PPM regime and extinguisher programs to ensure we stay compliant and secure.
  • Through regular fabric condition surveys, you'll identify and fix trip hazards or defects before they ever become a problem.
  • You'll manage technical safety documentation, including RAMS and work permits, while supervising specialist contractors for major structural or glazing projects.
  • No two days are the same, you'll handle everything from mounting whiteboards and shelving to custom furniture assembly and ironmongery maintenance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
