Location: Sizewell B Power Station

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Are you a skilled professional with a sharp eye for detail and experience in painting and corrosion control?

Dalkia is seeking a proactive Paint Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Sizewell B Power Station.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical national infrastructure where precision, safety, and reliability are paramount.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising and supporting the wider engineering and maintenance teams
  • Conducting quality assurance (QA) inspections on painting and coating works
  • Day to day management of the painting team, leading a team of ten staff
  • Managing communication and expectations with key stakeholders, including the end client
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on paint systems
  • Preparing and processing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with industrial coatings, corrosion prevention, and inspection
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards in high-risk or industrial environments
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in a relevant painting/coatings discipline
  • Inspector experience would be advantageous
