You’ll be involved in live campaigns from day one, learning how to communicate with customers, represent leading brands, and contribute to measurable results.

This is a paid, in-person opportunity designed for someone who wants practical experience, structured training, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and business.

About the Role

As a Paid Sales Intern, you’ll work alongside our team across customer-facing environments in Edinburgh.

You’ll develop your communication and commercial skills through practical experience, learning how to build rapport, understand customer needs, and present products and services confidently.

You’ll receive ongoing coaching and feedback, allowing you to develop your skills while gaining a realistic understanding of what it takes to succeed in a performance-focused sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with customers through face-to-face sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Introducing products and services and clearly explaining their benefits.
  • Building genuine relationships with customers and representing client brands professionally.
  • Supporting the sales process from initial conversation through to completed transactions.
  • Working towards daily and weekly activity and performance targets.
  • Learning how successful sales campaigns are structured, delivered, and measured.
  • Receiving regular coaching and feedback to continuously improve your performance.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to contribute to campaign and business goals.
