The Opportunity

As the Pallet & Returns Coordinator you will take ownership for the management and transfer for pallets across the network as well as effectively managing product returns.

This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and reducing costs across the function through effective management and reporting of pallets for the logistics operation and Swanbank facility.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain the pallet pool management process across the site and DC network.
  • Conduct weekly pallet stocktakes across the Swanbank site and related off-site locations.
  • Attend regular pallet management performance reviews with approved pallet providers.
  • Maintain accurate pallet records to ensure accuracy of relevant accounts.

Along With a Positive Can-do Attitude You Will Bring

  • Experience in an Inventory Control role (within FMCG & Distribution is preferred).
  • Systems knowledge – SAP and SAP based warehouse management systems.
  • An excellent understanding of the pool pallet management process.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
