Role Overview

The Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Educator will provide expert clinical leadership, education, and practice development to improve the quality, consistency, and experience of palliative and end-of-life care across hospital and community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide education to acute and community services, alongside university academic settings.
  • Act as a clinical educator, facilitator, role model, and change agent, supporting nurses to translate evidence, policy, and best practice into everyday clinical care.
