Location: London
Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office
Rate: Up to £625 per day
Contract: Contract opportunity
We’re currently working with a leading global financial services organisation that is looking for an experienced Cyber PAM Business Analyst to join a major Identity & Access Management transformation programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PAM specialist to play a key role in shaping and delivering Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and access control frameworks within a complex, highly regulated environment.
The Role
As a Cyber PAM Business Analyst, you will take ownership across the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution definition through to testing, implementation and governance.

You will be responsible for:
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements
- Developing Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications
- Supporting PAM framework development and deployment
- Working with stakeholders to formulate and present practical technology solutions
- Defining testing strategies, test plans and test cases
- Performing system and integration testing and supporting UAT
- Analysing and presenting test results and project outcomes
- Managing risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Producing concise project and workstream status reporting for senior management
- Providing evidence-based analysis to support issue resolution and decision-making
- Working closely with Cyber Security, Technology, Change, Risk and Business stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements
- PAM experience is essential
- Strong IAM / Identity Governance / Segregation of Duties experience
- Experience developing and implementing PAM frameworks and controls
- Understanding of NIST, COBIT, FCA, EBA ICT and FFIEC frameworks/guidance
- Financial services experience within complex environments
- Strong Business Analysis skills across requirements, functional specifications and testing
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing risks, issues and dependencies across complex programmes
