PAM Consultant

London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £50,000

We are looking for an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant to join a leading global technology and consulting organisation, supporting clients with the design, implementation, and optimisation of secure identity and access management solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a security professional with strong PAM expertise to work on complex enterprise environments, helping organisations strengthen their security posture, reduce risk, and improve governance around privileged access.

Due to the nature of client engagements, candidates will be required to undergo a Security Clearance process and must have 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

The Role

As a PAM Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and architecting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including policies, processes, controls, and supporting technologies.
  • Leading the implementation, configuration, and integration of PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar solutions.
  • Conducting privileged access risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting governance and compliance activities, ensuring PAM solutions align with industry standards and regulations including SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
  • Developing and enforcing PAM policies, standards, and best practices across enterprise environments.
  • Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
