Role: PAM Consultant
Career Level: Consultant / Specialist
Location: London/ hybrid
Travel/Mobility Requirement: Flexibility to travel to client site where required
Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.
As a PAM Consultant, you will…
- Design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions tailored to client environments, covering policies, processes, and tooling
- Lead the deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems
- Identify and assess risks related to privileged access, defining and implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Strengthen security posture by proactively managing vulnerabilities across privileged accounts
- Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g. SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
- Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks, policies, and best practices

Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong experience in IT security, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea)
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud-specific PAM requirements
- Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements

Desirable Skills
- Master’s degree or advanced academic qualification
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to support PAM operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
