PAM Manager

Location: UK Wide / Hybrid
Career Level: Consultant/Manager

We're working with a global technology consultancy delivering secure, large-scale digital transformation programmes across Health, Public Sector, Defence, and Central Government.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) professional to join a market-leading security practice, working with major enterprise clients to design, deliver, and optimise PAM and Identity Security solutions. You'll play a key role in helping organisations strengthen their security posture while leading complex programmes across diverse technology environments.

What you will need as a PAM Manager:

  • Strong experience delivering Privileged Access Management (PAM) programmes within enterprise environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, One Identity, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) and broader IAM principles
  • Experience designing and implementing secure identity and privileged access controls
  • Ability to lead complex workstreams, manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience producing governance and operational documentation, including operating models, runbooks, and disaster recovery plans
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and senior business stakeholders alike
  • Comfortable operating in client-facing environments and leading security transformation initiatives

Desirable experience:

  • Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, Okta, One Identity, or other IGA platforms
  • Knowledge of security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT
  • Exposure to Active Directory, cloud identity solutions, and reporting platforms such as Power BI
  • Experience onboarding applications and cloud services into IAM or PAM environments
  • Relevant CyberArk, Saviynt, SailPoint, or IAM certifications
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience
