Role Summary

The IB Programme Coordinator provides instructional coordination and administrative management for Pamoja. At present, the role will work in the DP phase of the IB, but this may expand to MYP/PYP in the future. Therefore, the IB Programme Coordinator is responsible for the effective implementation and day-to-day operation of the DP in alignment with IB Standards and Practices, ensuring compliance with school policies and supporting consistent, high-quality teaching and learning. The candidate will be expected to carry out responsibilities under the following areas of the position of IB Programme Coordinator. Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified teacher status (or equivalent teaching certification).
  • Experience teaching within the IB Diploma Programme.
  • Prior experience as a DP Coordinator or in a curriculum management role.
  • Strong understanding of IB philosophy, Standards and Practices, and assessment procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement change, and manage complex administrative processes.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Canvas, Microsoft 365 and data tracking systems.
