Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Panel Beater role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Panel Beater will repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels, including removing dents, reshaping panels, and fitting new parts to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Assessing damage
- Preparing repair estimates
- Using appropriate tools and equipment for cutting, welding, sanding, and finishing bodywork
- Working closely with paint technicians and other team members to ensure seamless repairs and high-quality finishes
- Following health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Contributing to continuous improvement in repair processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong vehicle maintenance and maintenance & repair skills, with experience in bodywork and accident damage repair.
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose structural and cosmetic damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Supervisory skills to support workflow management, mentor junior team members, and uphold quality standards when required.
- Experience working with heavy equipment, including body repair tools, lifting equipment, and welding machinery, following safety guidelines.
- Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeship in vehicle body repair or panel beating are highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturer repair specifications and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and commitment to safe working practices.
- Previous experience in an accident repair centre or similar automotive environment is preferred.
