Job Title: Panel Beater / MET Technician – Accident Repair Centre
Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus Scheme
Full-Time | Permanent - Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Are you an experienced Panel Beater, MET Technician, or a skilled professional who can carry out both disciplines? Our client, a well-established and busy accident repair bodyshop in Bourne, is looking to expand their team with a motivated and quality-focused individual.

The Role
Depending on your experience, your duties may include:
Panel Beating:
- Repairing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
- Replacing and repairing body panels
- Carrying out vehicle alignment and structural repairs
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

MET Technician:
- Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim components
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to repair work
- Working closely with the bodyshop team to ensure efficient repair processes
- Ensuring all vehicles are reassembled safely and accurately
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater, MET Technician, or combined Panel/MET Technician
- ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
