Job Title: Panel Beater / MET Technician – Accident Repair Centre

Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire

Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus Scheme

Full-Time | Permanent - Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Are you an experienced Panel Beater, MET Technician, or a skilled professional who can carry out both disciplines? Our client, a well-established and busy accident repair bodyshop in Bourne, is looking to expand their team with a motivated and quality-focused individual.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable repair centre offering a competitive salary, excellent earning potential through a generous bonus scheme, and a supportive working environment.

The Role

Depending on your experience, your duties may include:

Panel Beating:

  • Repairing damaged vehicle panels to manufacturer standards
  • Replacing and repairing body panels
  • Carrying out vehicle alignment and structural repairs
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

MET Technician:

  • Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim components
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to repair work
  • Working closely with the bodyshop team to ensure efficient repair processes
  • Ensuring all vehicles are reassembled safely and accurately

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater, MET Technician, or combined Panel/MET Technician
  • ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
