Job Title: Panel Beater – Accident Repair Bodyshop
Location: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year + Unlimited Overtime
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday
We are actively recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater on behalf of our client, a well-established and busy independent Accident Repair Centre based in Uttoxeter.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing bodyshop that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality accident repair work. The company offers a friendly working environment, a steady flow of work, and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through unlimited overtime.

The Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Duties will include:
- Repairing damaged vehicle panels
- Replacing panels where required
- Removing and refitting body components
- Carrying out structural and non-structural repairs
- Working to industry and manufacturer standards
- Ensuring repairs are completed within agreed timescales
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater in an accident repair centre or bodyshop
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- ATA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred
