Job Title: Panel Beater – Accident Repair Bodyshop

Location: Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year + Unlimited Overtime

Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater on behalf of our client, a well-established and busy independent Accident Repair Centre based in Uttoxeter.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing bodyshop that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality accident repair work. The company offers a friendly working environment, a steady flow of work, and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through unlimited overtime.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle repairs, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

Duties will include:

  • Repairing damaged vehicle panels
  • Replacing panels where required
  • Removing and refitting body components
  • Carrying out structural and non-structural repairs
  • Working to industry and manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring repairs are completed within agreed timescales
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater in an accident repair centre or bodyshop
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • ATA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
