Are you a skilled Panel Technician with a strong eye for detail and a passion for high-quality vehicle body repair? Do you want to join a highly reputable organisation where your work directly contributes to vehicle safety, appearance, and reconditioning standards?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, well-established national fleet organisation within its vehicle preparation and quality function team. The business operates at scale across the UK, ensuring thousands of vehicles are prepared and restored to strict reconditioning standards before returning to service.
In this role, you will use your technical expertise to repair, prime, and prepare vehicle panels ready for paint. Working with modern equipment, tools, and materials, you will ensure all panel work meets strict quality requirements and is completed to a right-first-time standard.

The Role
- Carry out repair, priming, and preparation of vehicle panels ready for paint.
- Ensure all panel work meets required reconditioning and quality standards.
- Work with modern tools, equipment, and materials to deliver high-quality finishes.
- Collaborate with cosmetic and quality teams to support efficient vehicle turnaround.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

The Person
- Proven experience as a Panel Technician or in a similar automotive body repair role.
- Strong ability in panel repair, preparation, and surface finishing.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
