Here at Appinio, we value transparency in our recruitment process, and we've created a blog to share what to expect during each step of our journey together: here

Your mission as a Panel Operations Executive:

Play a crucial role in shaping Appinio as a leading opinion network by executing our Panel Strategy. You will drive user engagement, gain deep insights into user requirements, manage network costs, and enforce top-tier quality standards across our panel network to elevate the overall user experience.

A few words about the team:

We are an innovative, collaborative, and results-driven team dedicated to data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. We work closely with cross-functional groups—including Product—to maintain a healthy, high-quality panel network while optimising costs and scaling our global operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute the Panel Strategy and track vital panel health indicators, including active user rates, response quality, and churn.
  • Uplift panel quality standards and collaborate with Product to conduct fraud reviews, investigations, and escalations.
  • Manage panel network cost components, validate monthly costs, investigate reporting discrepancies, and track operational KPIs impacting COGS and gross margin.
  • Coordinate supplier and partner onboarding while maintaining dashboard validations and routine reporting.
  • Define, document, and refine cross-panel procedures for continuous improvement while acting as the internal go-to expert for panel network operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
