Job Title: Panel Service Executive (Customer Service)
Location: Hanger Lane, London, United Kingdom
Employment Type: Permanent
Department: Panel Services
This is a full-time permanent position, based in our London office. We operate on a hybrid working arrangement and require a minimum of 2 days in the office. We welcome all applications from those with the legal right to live and work permanently in the UK, without requiring VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
About The Role
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be one of the main points of contact for our panel members. You'll help ensure they have a positive experience while supporting the successful delivery of our Origin and Screenwise projects.
Working closely with technicians and colleagues across the business, you'll coordinate appointments, resolve queries, maintain accurate records, and help ensure high-quality data is collected from participating households.
No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with panel members by phone to arrange installation and service appointments.
- Responding to incoming enquiries and accurately recording information in our systems.
- Contacting panel members to help resolve technical issues with our equipment or follow up on participation requirements tasks.
- Supporting technicians during visits by carrying out remote checks and testing activities.
- Updating internal databases with information from technicians and panel members.
- Working with colleagues to identify ways to support continuous improvement, and the overall panel member experience.
- Supporting project activities and team initiatives as required.
- Carrying out data validation checks to ensure information is accurate and complete.
- Working with the wider team to meet service targets and project deadlines.
- Thinking beyond individual tasks to understand how your work contributes to both the panel member experience and the success of the wider project.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
