Job Title: Panel Wirer
Location: Leicestershire
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Days
A busy manufacturing company are looking for an experienced Panel Wirer / Builder to join a growing engineering team, with thriving contracts.
The role will involve:
- Building and wiring electrical control panels.
- Working from electrical drawings and schematics.
- Installing and wiring electrical components.
- Cable preparation, termination and testing.
- Using hand and power tools.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have previous experience in panel building, panel wiring or electrical engineering, with the ability to read electrical drawings and work accurately.
Relevant qualifications or an apprenticeship are desirable:
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services Panel Wiring / Panel Building.
- Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical Manufacture Engineering (Fitting & Assembly).
- A recognised apprenticeship in Panel Wiring / Panel Building.
- Equivalent relevant industry experience.
