About The Role
This full-time Panel Wirer role in Madeley offers £14–£15 per hour on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Working with an established client, duties include positioning and installing LV panels, fitting equipment, and completing crimping, routing, and cable terminating tasks on control panels. Wiring and assembly of components form part of daily work, alongside the use of hand tools and soldering irons. Candidates must read and interpret schematics and wire diagrams accurately. An electrical background is beneficial, though applicants eager to learn a trade and build a long-term career are encouraged. Progression prospects allow development of skills, education, and knowledge within the company.

Panel Wirer
Our established and well-known client based in Halesfield is looking for a full-time Panel Wirer to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis. You will be required to position and install LV panels along with fitting equipment.
You will also be performing crimping, routing, and cable terminating work on control panels, wiring, and assembly of components, and be using hand tools and soldering irons. In addition, you will be reading and understanding schematics and wire diagrams.
This is an ideal role for somebody with an electrical background, eager to develop into a long-term career and learn a new trade. Our client offers excellent progression opportunities to allow you to develop your skills, education, and knowledge.

Ideal Candidate
- Eager to learn and progress.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Understand/have experience with wiring.
- The ability to wire control and metering circuits to drawings.
- Have experience in the assembly of LV switchboard, Panel boards, and Distribution boards and experience of copper work. Advantageous NOT essential.
Hours
- Mon-Thurs 07:30am-16:30pm
- Fri 07:30am-13:30pm
Salary
£14.00 - £15.00 Per Hour D.O.E
