Part-Time Office Manager / Administrator
Exeter | 3–4 Days Per Week
We are recruiting for a Part-Time Office Manager / Administrator to join a professional organisation based in Exeter.
This is a varied role providing office, administrative and PA support, including working closely with senior management and coordinating meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management and general administrative support.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Organising meetings, venues and events.
- Preparing agendas, attendee lists and meeting minutes.
- Maintaining spreadsheets, documents and databases.
- Website, SharePoint, social media and newsletter updates.
- Supporting member meetings and annual events.
- Liaising with members, clients, venues and external contacts.
- General office management and ad hoc administrative support.

About You
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident meeting new people and organising events.
- IT literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office and spreadsheets as well as using social media platforms.
- Experienced in administration, PA support, office management or event coordination.
- Ideally worked within Engineering/Construction.
- Flexible on working hours/days.
