Join DWF’s high-profile Lender Services team in Manchester and work with some of the UK’s largest vehicle finance lenders. You’ll gain hands-on experience in revenue recovery, supported by a full training and development program.
The role offers hybrid working and a weekly alternating shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, giving you flexibility and balance alongside a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- You will work as part of the Return of Goods teams, where you will manage a portfolio of cases from start to finish through the Return of Goods legal process.
- You will prepare and issue legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with FCA Consumer Duty and SRA regulations and ensuring our clients are updated throughout the process.
- Day to day, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls, with courts, clients and customers.
- You will review payment plans and maintain accurate case records.
- You will balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives, applying empathy and professionalism to ensure customers are treated fairly while delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

Essential
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone handling skills
- Considerable IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, regulated environment
- Teamwork and client-focused mindset
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
