An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a rapidly growing law firm based in North West London.
The successful candidate will support the conveyancing team, working closely with an ambitious and expanding department on high-value property transactions.
This role combines legal and administrative responsibilities within residential conveyancing and offers excellent opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting licences and supporting legal documentation
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Managing pre- and post-completion processes efficiently
- Coordinating property searches and handling associated documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant case files and systems

Key Requirements:
- A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
- Experience in conveyancing (essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software applications
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Experience or knowledge of bridging finance and transactions would be desirable
- Exposure to bridging loans, lender requirements, or property finance matters would be advantageous
