Job Description

Job Description

6-month FTC

As a Paralegal, you’ll be involved in a variety of general commercial matters such as marketing, advertising, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, technology, procurement and consumer matters. Experience in all of the above areas is not a prerequisite, but we are looking for a team member who is keen to learn and operate across these areas. This role will support the Legal Counsel, Senior Counsel and Heads of Legal in the areas identified above.

We work in a highly collaborative environment, presenting numerous opportunities to enjoy a huge variety of often innovative legal and commercial challenges. The role is critical in helping the wider ASOS Legal Team meet the needs and requirements of all elements of ASOS’ business across the globe, requiring the ability to give commercial as well as legal advice, often on cross-border matters, and to promptly identify risks and issues that need to be escalated within the company.

The role requires someone who is hands-on and commercially minded, with a strong professional ethic and the energy, interest and training to pursue a broad array of corporate, commercial and legal matters. ASOS is fast paced, so all employees also need to be adaptable, and be enthused and excited about what’s around the corner for us. Communication is key, as our team members continually build relationships at all levels across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
