Department/Division: Legal Delivery Centre

Duration: Permanent

Reports to: Team Leader

Type of Role: Remote

Reference number: 10669

The Department

Our Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is a flexible and scalable paralegal team who support all our UK, Ireland and Middle East offices across the full spectrum of legal services. Meeting the ever-increasing demands for disaggregated legal services, the LDC offers an exciting opportunity for development and the chance to undertake chargeable work that is varied, innovative and engaging.

Dentons is embracing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route to qualification. Not only can your work experience count towards Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) but for suitable internal applicants we are also offering a unique opportunity for development, including financial sponsorship, through our QualiFLY programme. QualiFLY is an enhanced 2 year programme which is designed to provide the business with a pipeline of quality talent whilst ensuring that the experience and training gained by the paralegal is comparable to the more typical training contract route. Please note the QualiFLY programme is a separate process to this job application.

In the LDC we are keen to continuously innovate and you will use legal technology and AI tools to support delivery, improve consistency and reduce manual processes. We are therefore looking for someone curious about new ways of working, comfortable learning new technology, and interested in how AI can be used responsibly to enhance legal service delivery.

This role is well suited to someone looking to build strong legal experience within an innovative delivery environment, working alongside experienced lawyers with structured training and development.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team that is integral to the firm's strategy, whilst benefiting from being able to work virtually and flexibly. We welcome applications from across the UK for those seeking an alternative experience.

We are presently looking for a bright, enthusiastic and experienced employment paralegal to join our LDC team, with a focus on supporting our firm's alternative legal delivery team, Dentons Helix.

The LDC is a focused resource supporting the Dentons Helix team across all of our UK, Ireland and Middle East offices with the full breadth of their work. From time to time there will be the opportunity to undertake work across the full spectrum of legal service areas. An opportunity to liaise with all business areas, the LDC offers extensive exposure across the firm and to some of the firm's major clients.

Whilst this is a virtual role with no expectation or requirement that you attend any of our office locations other than for business critical or wellbeing needs, for those who would like to experience the office environment and meet our hybrid teams, there is the opportunity to attend our UK offices - London, Milton Keynes, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
