WHERE YOU SIT

As our Paralegal, you’ll be part of the Legal team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Legal Counsel. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

Provides essential legal and administrative support to the Legal team, enabling efficient delivery of commercial legal services across markets and global functions. Assists in contract preparation, compliance processes, and legal operations to ensure risk management, governance and consumer-focused initiatives are executed effectively. Plays a key role in maintaining legal standards and supporting legal operations through accurate documentation and process optimisation.

Core Accountabilities

As our Paralegal, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing a range of commercial and operational contracts, supporting UK and European markets across marketing, property, supply chain, finance and governance documentation.
  • Supporting property and facilities matters, customer queries and complaints, providing legal guidance and assisting with contentious issues and evidence preparation.
  • Managing contract lifecycle and legal operations processes, including template management, signatures, trackers, filing and audit-ready documentation.
  • Providing legal support on GDPR, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, promotions and consumer law, including legal research, horizon scanning and guidance development.
  • Contributing to legal governance and compliance through training, supplier due diligence, inbox triage and coordination of legal projects and stakeholder communications.

Key Skills & Capabilities

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Strong academic background with a law degree or recognised paralegal qualification (e.g., CILEX, NALP, LPC, GDL or SQE), with prior law firm or in-house experience preferred.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting and contract review skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organised with strong time management, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in AI tools, CLM systems and legal technology advantageous.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player, demonstrating initiative, adaptability and a proactive, values-driven approach.
