Location: South Wales
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE

Conveyancing Paralegal

We're recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to support a specialist residential property team handling high-quality work for a loyal client base.
This isn't a role where you'll simply process files. You'll become an integral part of the team, supporting interesting property transactions and working closely with experienced fee earners in a collaborative environment.

The Role
You'll support fee earners across the full conveyancing process, including:
- Opening new matters
- Drafting documentation
- Preparing contracts
- Liaising with clients, lenders, and estate agents
- Completing searches
- Assisting with exchanges and completions
- Managing post-completion matters
- Providing regular client updates
About You
You'll already have:
- Previous residential conveyancing experience
- Knowledge of the transaction process
- Excellent organizational skills
- A proactive approach
- Strong communication and client care skills

Experience with buy-to-let or investment property transactions would be advantageous but isn't essential.
