What you will be doing

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our growing Travel Litigation Department in our prestigious Manchester office.

In this role, every day will be a unique and exciting challenge that will include:

  • Assisting team members on cases involving Package Travel claims, road traffic accidents abroad, employer’s liability claims abroad, and claims arising from accidents on planes and ships.
  • Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties.
  • Reviewing medical records, evidence and case documentation.
  • Supporting case preparation for settlement negotiations and litigation.

What you will need

In the role you will need:

  • Fluent Gujarati language skills (spoken and written) to effectively support and communicate with clients.
  • Ideally experience working as a Paralegal, preferably within travel claims. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates with experience in litigation and/or serious injury matters, who can demonstrate transferable skills and a strong interest in this area of work.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
