Role Description

This full-time on-site Paralegal role is based in Widnes and supports solicitors across a range of legal matters. The Paralegal will assist with preparing and drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and managing correspondence with clients, courts, and other parties. Daily responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will work closely with the legal team to deliver efficient, high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of legal principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and filing legal documentation
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Effective Research abilities, including legal research and factual investigation
  • Attention to detail in Document Review, including checking accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Relevant qualification in law or legal studies (e.g., paralegal certification, law degree, or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines
  • Competence using standard office software and case management systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity
