Your Impact
You will be based in our London office, working closely with other paralegals and lawyers across Europe.
You will be responsible for handling a wide range of paralegal tasks, e.g., aiding with client support and team projects. You will liaise with several stakeholders including consultants, other firm functions, leadership as well as outside counsel in Europe. Your work is fast-paced and involves problem-solving that can vary from more routine questions to complex and sophisticated legal matters.
You will play an active role in all aspects of paralegal support across the Europe-based legal team, including database management and tracking various initiatives and compliance processes. You will maintain all records, contracts, and reports, as needed, on active and closed matters. You will project manage waiver letter processes, which will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating these documents. You will monitor M&A notifications from internal system processes, and you will log and close associated files in our contracts management tool, including performing contract searches and handling signatures where applicable. You will collaborate with different legal teams in other jurisdictions on special projects, and you will help implement and embed current and future technology and AI priorities and initiatives within the wider legal team. Your work will directly support the firm’s mission to help clients achieve their goals while safeguarding the firm’s reputation and long-term success.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (not essential but preferable) and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a law firm setting as a paralegal, contracts administrator or senior administrative support in a legal environment with generalist commercial understanding and knowledge of corporate secretarial functions
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to provide project management support
- Excellent organizational skills and judgment, with the ability to work independently and entrepreneurially, managing and prioritizing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident team player who is highly collaborative and flexible
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills are essential (including Microsoft Office suite, data management systems and strong interest or proficiency with AI tools)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication
- Fluent level language skills in English with an additional European language preferred
