As we continue to grow both in the UK and internationally, we're looking for a Paralegal to join our collaborative Legal team and play a key role in supporting the business across a broad range of legal, compliance and governance matters.
The Opportunity:
Working closely with our General Counsel, you'll provide support across commercial contracts, governance, compliance, data protection, disputes and day-to-day legal operations. You'll become a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, helping ensure legal requests are handled efficiently while contributing to the continued growth and development of the function.
- No two days will be the same, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of legal matters and make a genuine impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and triage the legal inbox, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly and effectively.
- Review and support commercial contracts and agreements.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and legal best practices.
- Handle day-to-day legal administration and operational matters.
- Support litigation, dispute resolution and intellectual property matters, including trademarks.
- Assist with compliance and data protection initiatives.
- Support corporate governance and company secretarial activities.
- Build strong relationships across the business and act as a key point of contact for legal support.
- Help drive efficiency and continuous improvement within the legal function.

About You:
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and eager to develop within an in-house legal environment.
- Previous in-house legal experience.
- Experience within a recruitment business would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Confidence reviewing and understanding commercial contracts.
- A collaborative and approachable style with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work.
