We’re doing exciting things, with our highly specialist team
At Apatura, we develop projects that power clean energy and a thriving digital world — from battery storage to data centres. It’s complex, high-impact work, delivered by a highly capable team who move quickly and care deeply about doing things well.
We’re driven by bold ideas, a strong sense of purpose and a willingness to challenge how things are usually done. With a growing pipeline of projects and ambitious plans to expand the business, this role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting Apatura’s next stage of growth.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to provide hands-on real estate legal support to our growing Legal team. You’ll help keep land and property matters moving smoothly, carrying out title reviews and searches, supporting land acquisitions, option agreements, servitudes and wayleaves, and working closely with colleagues across the business. This is a great opportunity to build real estate experience within the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct title reviews and property searches, preparing clear summaries and reports to support project development.
- Support land acquisitions and renewable energy projects by assisting with option agreements and property transactions.
- Help negotiate and document servitudes, wayleaves, easements and other land rights required for project infrastructure.
- Assist with property due diligence for acquisitions, financings and other business transactions.
- Prepare draft real estate documents, including leases, licences, deeds and other property-related agreements.
- Manage property registrations and post-completion activities, liaising with relevant authorities to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with landowners, agents, surveyors and internal stakeholders, responding to property-related queries and supporting the wider Legal team.
- Handling personal and commercially sensitive information in line with the Company’s confidentiality, legal privilege and data protection (UK GDPR) obligations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
