Role Description
This is an on-site Paralegal role based in Manchester. The Paralegal will assist solicitors with casework, including:
- Gathering information
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining case files and documentation

Daily tasks include:

- Drafting and formatting legal documents
- Reviewing and summarizing records
- Ensuring all materials are accurate and filed on time
The role involves:
- Communicating with clients, courts, and other parties
- Scheduling appointments
- Supporting solicitors with hearings and meetings
The Paralegal will:
- Follow internal procedures
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to efficient case progression
Qualifications
- LLB/LLM/LPC PREFERABLE
- Farsi/Dari/Kurdish bilingual preferable
- Experience in immigration/family/litigation/property preferable
Skills and Experience Required:
- Solid understanding of Law and legal procedures, with experience supporting solicitors or legal teams.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing legal forms and correspondence.
- Strong Research skills for case law, statutes, and regulations, and ability to present findings clearly.
- Attention to detail in Document Review, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
- Relevant legal education (e.g., paralegal qualification, law degree, or equivalent experience).
- Competence in using standard office and case management software, and maintaining confidential information appropriately.
- Organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and meet deadlines.
