Fee-Earning Paralegals - Litigation & Conveyancing

I’m currently working on a number of exclusive legal opportunities with an established and growing law firm, and I’m looking to speak with experienced fee-earning Paralegals / Case Handlers across Litigation and Conveyancing.

These are genuine fee-earning positions for candidates who are already involved in progressing matters and managing a caseload, rather than purely administrative/legal support roles.

Litigation - Fee-Earning Paralegal

I’m interested in candidates with experience across areas of civil and/or commercial litigation, who are comfortable progressing matters and dealing directly with clients and third parties.

The role is likely to involve:

  • Managing and progressing a caseload
  • Conducting legal research and assisting with case strategy
  • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, counsel and third parties
  • Supporting matters from inception through to resolution
  • Working to deadlines and fee-earning targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
