A great opportunity has arisen at this highly regarded US firm for an experienced banking & finance paralegal to join this highly ranked capital markets team.
The Team
The team advises a range of clients including major corporates, financial institutions, and private equity companies on equity and debt capital markets transactions as well as securities law and corporate governance.
The lead partner is very well known in the space and often speaks on the topics and has numerous publications.
