What you’ll do
We are currently seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join our highly regarded Real Estate team in our Exeter office on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will support our fee earners on a broad range of Real Estate matters, acting for a diverse client base across both the private and public sectors in the UK and internationally. Our clients include well-known regional and national developers, investment companies, waste operators, FE colleges and local authorities.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including:
- Commercial and residential development
- Energy and waste projects
- Education
- Property investment
- Healthcare
- Self-invested pension schemes
- Retail franchising
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a team that has an outstanding reputation both locally and nationally.
As a Paralegal, you will work closely with lawyers across the team, supporting a broad range of Real Estate transactions and matters. You will prepare and review legal documentation, liaise with clients and third parties, manage case files and assist with the day-to-day progression of matters. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing experience and further develop your expertise within a leading Real Estate team.
Who you are
Ideally, you will have previous experience working as a Paralegal, in a legal support role, or within the property sector. Experience of Real Estate or property-related work would be advantageous. You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to support fee earners across a broad range of transactions and matters.
