We are looking for a Paralegal
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Collective Actions team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a complex and high-profile collective action case.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting senior fee earners with the progression of a complex collective action matter
- Managing client onboarding and eligibility checks
- Handling client communications via email in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining and updating case data accurately using Excel and case management systems
- Assisting with data analysis, administration, and ongoing case support
- Ensuring compliance with firm processes and procedures
About you
- Previous paralegal or legal support experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and managing large volumes of data
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
