We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded Property team within a leading UK law firm.

The team is Tier 1 ranked in both Chambers UK and Legal 500 and works at the forefront of the affordable housing sector, acting on significant property transactions ranging from £1m to £500m.

The Role

Working closely with Partners and Solicitors, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of property matters, including:

  • Reviewing Land Registry titles and documentation
  • Undertaking title checks and property due diligence
  • Carrying out property and Local Authority searches
  • Assisting with pre-completion and post-completion matters
  • Monitoring transactions and providing progress updates
  • Supporting the team on larger and more complex transactions

About You

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • A 2:1 degree or above, ideally in Law, Politics, Economics or a Humanities-related subject
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines

Previous property or conveyancing experience would be advantageous, although not essential
