Location: Leicester

Exciting Opportunity for Aspiring Paralegals
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Paralegal to join our busy and expanding catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, and personal injury practice in Leicester.
This role is ideal for a recent law graduate or an individual looking to begin their legal career. We are seeking someone with a strong academic background, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting clients through complex legal matters.
You will receive guidance and support from experienced legal professionals while developing valuable practical skills and gaining hands-on experience within a specialist legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, and personal injury matters
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and case files
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
- Reviewing medical records, evidence, and supporting documentation
- Communicating professionally with clients, experts, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring tasks are completed within required timescales
- Providing general legal and administrative support to the wider team
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a recent law graduate or have relevant legal qualifications (such as an LLB, LPC, SQE, or equivalent)
- Have a keen interest in personal injury, clinical negligence, or litigation
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate strong organisation and attention to detail
- Be proactive, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Have a professional and compassionate approach when dealing with clients
