Based on site in Cheadle (SK8 3GW) - Monday to Friday
Salary: Base between £30,000 - £35,000

Job Description
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will work as part of our fantastic and highly skilled in-house Securities Team. Supporting all stages of the conveyancing process from pre-contract to completion, you will be reviewing and processing requests related to loan security both from internal and external parties across our Commercial and Residential loans. The Securities Team is responsible for mitigating risk and group exposure prior to loan approval by validating the proposal, together with the sustainability and enforceability of the loan post decision.

If you want to work in a professional in-house legal team for a large corporate/professional organisation with training and career development at its heart, this role is for you.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
- Review, assess, and process title documentation and make recommendations within company SLAs
- Develop an effective working relationship with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the customer’s needs are met throughout the journey
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure security remains effective in all cases
- Make sure the company security related records are kept up to date
Qualifications
Candidates with the following skills will be of particular interest:
- Prior Conveyance experience
- Strong knowledge of Property titles and Land Registration procedures
- Commercial Property experience
- Legal experience relating to property
- Analytical/problem solving skills
- Effective communications skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisation skills
