The Opportunity
Primary Objectives
- Provide dedicated paralegal support for a high-profile technology-related matter
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the logistics and administration of a complex disclosure process for a major technology company
- Assist with preparation for meetings and hearings, including compiling and updating electronic document bundles, preparing agendas and collating speaking notes
- Take accurate call notes
- Create and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Organise and maintain matter files on Google Documents and other systems
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support billing processes as required
- Other paralegal tasks as required by the internal team
Qualifications, skills and experience

- Law degree or other undergraduate degree (ideally 2:1 or first class honours)
- Exposure to civil litigation/disputes, through degree / LPC / Bar Course / SQE or previous employment
- Previous paralegal work (or similar) in civil disputes, ideally in a large law firm
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills, time management, and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong typing skills to take accurate call notes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment
