About the Role
Working in our Employment team is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in challenging and complex cases, whilst learning from the very best. Working as a Paralegal, you’ll support the team on all aspects of our work. You’ll need to have the confidence to deal with matters right from the very beginning, being both approachable as well as efficient to resolve matters as quickly as possible for our clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
Essential Criteria
- A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for developing a career in Employment law and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Criteria
- Previous legal work experience gained through a placement year, vacation scheme, legal clinic, internship, work experience, or part-time legal support role.
- Completion of Employment Law, Litigation, Dispute Resolution, or other relevant modules as part of your studies.
- Experience working in a client-facing or customer service environment.
- Experience drafting reports, correspondence, or other professional documents.
- Involvement in extracurricular activities that demonstrate teamwork, leadership, organisation, or problem-solving skills.
