Are you looking for an opportunity to start your legal career in a supportive law firm, working with high profile clients and highly skilled colleagues?

The role will require you to:
- Undertake general administration on the instruction of Fee Earners
- Research relevant legislation and cases of interest to provide clients with accurate advice
- Together with senior fee earners, meet with clients to gather information and explain legal matters
- Maintain up to date legal knowledge in relation to employment and data protection law, ensuring changes are brought to the attention of the employment team
- Meet and greet clients at the firm’s offices professionally and courteously
- Work proactively on own initiative, delivering good quality work in a timely manner
- Assist the team in developing documentation for firm events, ensuring that all documentation created adheres to the firm’s brand guidelines
- Support the employment team with firm events, through attendance, administration and client contact

To be successfully appointed to the role you will need to be:
- A clear and concise communicator
- Confident in the use of IT systems, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to travel to external locations to attend events and visit clients
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate good time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
