Employment Adviser Opportunity in London
We are working with a well-established employment team in London seeking an experienced Employment Adviser to support a busy practice advising on contentious employment matters.
This role is ideal for a legal professional with hands-on employment tribunal experience who is confident running their own caseload independently, while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied employment tribunal caseload from ACAS Early Conciliation through to final hearing
- Prepare and draft ET pleadings, witness statements, schedules of loss, and disclosure bundles
- Support on advocacy preparation and attend tribunal hearings as required
- Provide clear, practical advice to clients and maintain day-to-day client relationships
- Work collaboratively within the wider employment team to deliver high-quality client service

Experience & Skills Required
- Proven 1 years of experience managing an employment caseload independently
- Employment tribunal experience or strong exposure (Respondent-side preferred)
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
