Family Paralegal – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

This highly regarded London law firm is known for its exceptional private wealth, real estate, and family law expertise. Their Family practice is consistently ranked as one of the best in the city, offering advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on sensitive and complex financial and children matters. The team are recognised for their thoughtful, discreet handling of cases and strong reputation across mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Family Paralegal to join the firm’s award-winning Family team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The team’s work spans all facets of family law, including financial remedies, children work, trusts, and international issues. You will assist partners and fee-earners on complex ongoing matters, liaise directly with clients, prepare court bundles, and help manage key documentation. This position offers a varied and challenging workload within a high-performing and supportive environment.

What They’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in family law within a top or boutique firm
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines under supervision
- Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience working with UHNW and HNW clients
- Interest in both contentious and non-contentious family work
- Flexibility to work from the firm’s London office three days per week (first four weeks largely office-based for onboarding)
