Christy Media Solutions is recruiting a Paralegal to support our client's International Content Distribution legal team on an initial 4-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating licence and distribution agreements
- Preparing supporting documentation including term sheets, amendments, sale and purchase agreements, notice letters and NDAs
- Creating and maintaining deal summaries
- Reviewing contracts and responding to day-to-day business queries
- Providing legal research and general commercial legal support
- Supporting major projects, including contract review and information gathering
- Communicating with internal sales, finance and legal teams, as well as external clients
- Managing multiple tasks within a busy, fast-paced legal environment

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience within a major studio, large broadcaster or closely related environment
- Completed legal qualifications, LPC or BPTC
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly
- An organised and proactive working style

Additional Details
- The role is based in Old Street, London, with working hours of 9:30am–6:00pm.
- The team meets in person on Thursdays, with an ideal working pattern of 1–2 office days per week.
- The contract is expected to start in September and run for 4 months through to the end of the year.
