Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Leeds. The Paralegal will support solicitors and legal teams through tasks such as drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing case files, and managing correspondence with clients, courts, and third parties. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, organizing and maintaining case management systems, and assisting with the preparation of hearings, trials, and transactions. The role also involves accurate file management, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. The Paralegal will work closely with colleagues across practice areas, contributing to a collaborative and client-focused service.

- Candidates should possess strong legal research, document drafting, and case file preparation skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing and maintaining legal documents, managing deadlines, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to interpret legal information accurately.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with standard office software and legal case management or document management systems.
- Relevant legal education such as a law degree, paralegal qualification, or LPC/SQL training is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department, particularly in litigation, commercial, or private client work, is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Leeds, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and commitment to client service.
