Experienced Paralegal Wanted
We're looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our client’s Legal Commercial Services team. Ideally, you'll have previous in-house experience supporting commercial contracts and advising internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise on contractual and commercial risks.
- Amend standard and non-standard agreements.
- Support contract approvals and internal legal processes.
- Respond to legal queries from the business.
- Maintain contract records and case management systems.
- Conduct legal research and support compliance and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous in-house or commercial contracts experience.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
