Experienced Paralegal Wanted

We're looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our client’s Legal Commercial Services team. Ideally, you'll have previous in-house experience supporting commercial contracts and advising internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Advise on contractual and commercial risks.
  • Amend standard and non-standard agreements.
  • Support contract approvals and internal legal processes.
  • Respond to legal queries from the business.
  • Maintain contract records and case management systems.
  • Conduct legal research and support compliance and audit requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous in-house or commercial contracts experience.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
