We're looking for a Paralegal to join our growing Restructuring & Insolvency team in Leeds
This is a great opportunity to support fee earners working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters, including advising Insolvency Practitioners, Directors, Lenders, Creditors and Shareholders.
What will I be doing
- Providing assistance with file and case handling.
- Helping to run and progress a range of insolvency cases from initial instructions to conclusion.
- Providing general administrative and legal support to fee earners across the team from multiple office locations.
You'll have
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good all-round IT skills.
- The ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- The ability to adapt your style, be proactive, and effectively solve problems.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Previous legal work experience within Insolvency and Restructuring would be advantageous but not essential.
