Salary: £22,000
Location: Warwick Head Office
12-month Placement (28th June 2027 – 10th July 2028)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week, in the Office 5 days per week Monday-Friday
Degree Requirements
- 2 years completed – Placement between 2nd & 3rd study years.
- Studying for a qualifying law degree (LLB).
- Academic grades on track for a first or 2:1 in your chosen studies.

What You Will Do
As a Paralegal Intern, you'll work across different areas of law, gaining hands-on legal and business experience while supporting the Legal & Compliance team.
- Reviewing and updating contractual templates to reflect changes in legislation.
- Identifying and implementing changes to business processes in response to regulatory change.
- Drafting internal policy documentation, briefing notes and training materials to educate the business on legal issues and best practice.
- Participation in additional stand-alone team projects.
- Providing general assistance to other members of the legal team.
- Conducting legal research and presenting findings clearly and concisely.

As a Paralegal Intern, you will have professional development opportunities, with on-the-job training and exposure to a wide range of legal and compliance tasks. Who are you?
- You have strong analytical skills and understand how to research changes in legal development.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel with an interest in learning new systems.
- You are motivated and willing to learn, develop, and contribute quickly, demonstrating independence in your work.
- Confident with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
- A strong interest in how an in-house legal function operates in the business sector.
