Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role supports direct investment activity by helping to instruct and liaise with external legal advisers, reviewing key transaction documents and supporting materials, assisting with non-disclosure agreements and related documents, and helping to maintain legal templates and records. You will also provide broader legal support across the team, including coordinating document execution, responding to internal requests under supervision, and supporting legal policies, procedures and reporting.

You’ll demonstrate good organisational skills, attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication. You will be comfortable working with confidential information, managing competing priorities and collaborating with colleagues across different teams.

Experience in a law firm, financial institution, development finance institution or in-house legal team would be helpful, but we are also interested in hearing from you if you can show a clear interest in developing a legal career and have the ability to bring a collaborative and professional approach, sound judgement, curiosity and a willingness to develop your legal knowledge across different areas.
