Paralegal — PBW Law, Glasgow
Full-time | Permanent | Glasgow | Competitive Salary
PBW Law is a Glasgow-based litigation practice seeking to recruit a paralegal to work alongside our team of solicitors and solicitor advocates on a varied caseload of civil and criminal cases. The successful candidate will also assist the team in high-profile Public Inquiries and Fatal Accident Inquiries (including Emma Caldwell Inquiry and Scottish Covid-19 Inquiry).
The Role
Working directly with our solicitors and solicitor advocates, you will:

- Prepare bundles for court
- Draft correspondence, court documents, precognitions, and instructions to counsel
- Handle claims, negotiate settlements, and manage civil case files
- Liaise with clients, courts, counsel, insurers, and funding bodies
- Work closely with our experienced team on a wide variety of matters
About You
- Paralegal or claims handling experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines across a busy caseload
- Discretion — much of our work is sensitive and high-profile
- Strong IT skills and an awareness of AI tools
